Our Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, If you need to return an item, please review the details of our policy below.

3-Day Return Policy:
You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note, returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at the above email if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.
    We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out for clarification.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for your desired item.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
